We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

  • Lightweight items (like cat bowls) ship at standard rates.

  • Tofu litter, due to its weight, may incur higher shipping fees.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our site.

5. Carriers We Use

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected automatically based on weight and destination to ensure the best rate and delivery speed.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days, contact us at [email protected].


7. Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered"

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

8. Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the case and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.


9. Local Pickup
