Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our refund and return guidelines below.


1. Returns

We accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bags of cat litter

  • Used pet bowls or items showing signs of use

  • Clearance or final sale items

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.


3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time can vary)

  3. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us at [email protected]
