Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

• $7.50 Flat Rate on Pack Sizes: 1, 2, 6, 8.
• Free Shipping on Pack Sizes: 12, 16, 18.
• Nationwide: 1, 2, 6, 12, & 18 Pack ships to all states (excluding AK/HI).
• West Coast: 8 & 16 Pack only ships to NV, CA, AZ, and UT.
• Note: Free Shipping on lightweight items (like cat bowls).
  

Orders are processed within 24- 48 hours (Mon-Fri). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We ship via USPS or UPS (selected automatically by weight and destination), with typical delivery taking 2–5 business days within the US.

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.

If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days, contact us at support@litterlypets.com.

If your item arrives severely damaged, take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
