Quick Process

Most refunds processed within 5-10 business days.

1. Returns

I accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (Order Number or Receipt).
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received in a severely damaged or defective condition.

Exceptions (We cannot accept returns on):

  • Opened bags of cat litter.
  • Used pet bowls or items showing signs of use.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to start a return: Email support@litterlypets.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total.
  • Note on Fees: These transaction fees are charged by the payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify) and are not retained by me, so they cannot be recovered.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless I made an error with your order.
3. Exchanges

I currently only offer direct exchanges for Las Vegas Local orders. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (following the guidelines above) and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation Deadline: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. However, modifications or cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Once Shipped: Once a subscription renewal order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded for that billing cycle.
  • Return Exceptions: Due to the nature of the products, no returns on shipped items will be accepted. Please ensure your subscription is managed before shipment.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email: support@litterlypets.com
  • What to include: A photo of the issue and your order number.
  • Note on Packaging: Since the boxes are heavy, shipping carriers may handle them a bit roughly during transit. If your box arrives with rips or dents, but the litter bags inside are accounted for and intact, the order is not considered damaged.
  • Vacuum Seals: Please note that minor vacuum leaks in the bags during transport are normal and will not affect the quality or performance of the litter.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If it still hasn't arrived, email me at support@litterlypets.com.
